Starting on 9th January Grand River Fitness is excited to announce a new program for lunch time workouts in a group fitness setting. The program will be available Monday's and Wednesday's starting promptly at 12:00pm and will last approx 45 minutes.
The program is designed for all levels of fitness and will utilize state of the art equipment like TRX which allows everyone to work at their own intensity. We will be focusing on improved endurance, strength and flexibility.
If that little voice in your head has been telling you to increase your fitness level or you feel you will need to burn off some of those Holiday calories this is your opportunity ....... Hope to see you there.
